The user training forms a part of the project at our company. Training is always conducted by colleagues who are fully knowledgeable about all aspects of the system. It is always important to adjust the training to the level of users, helping all users to become capable of handling the system even those who have only a limited, basic IT knowledge.
It is important for us to
- Train users in more than one, differentiated groups
- To provide everyone with the program manual
In the frame of a contractual basis we carry out continuous training for the users and assist in introducing it to new colleagues.
